Scaffolds and lifts are being placed, materials delivered, and chimney repair work has begun!


A chimney shouldn’t look like a Jenga game!
This is once-in-a-generation work to care for a unique-to-Claremont building, repairing damaged chimneys and replacing a roof that has not only lost deteriorated shingles but had begun to cause leak damage to inside walls.
