Obituary of Edward Earl Watson Jr

Edward Earl Watson, Jr, age 58, of Claremont, NH, untimely passed away on December 31^st, 2025. Ed was friends with many in the community and was known for his kind heart, laughter, and willingness to help others in need.

Ed’s final act of kindness was to give the gift of life though organ donation, which successfully saved another life in his passing.

He was born in Trenton, New Jersey on October 3^rd, 1967. Ed spent most of his time outdoors and his best memory was days spent on the ocean with family.

Ed was a loving and devoted son to his mother, Janice Berger Watson, who predeceased him in March 2025.

Despite having very few physical possessions, Ed demonstrated extraordinary kindness that leaves a lasting impression on many. Ed touched many lives, by offering mentorship within the street community, and by serving as a reminder of human resilience and the need for systematic change.

His life was defined by the light he brought to others, not the darkness he faced privately.

A service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church, 120 Broad Street, Claremont, NH, on January 17^th, at 11 am with a celebration of life reception following in the Parish Hall of Trinity Church.
